The overall well-being of the people, understood as physical, mental and social health, is what the World Health Organization (WHO) defines as Integral Health. That is, a series of biological, emotional and spiritual factors that contribute to the individual´s balanced state. Integral health is an ideal state of well-being that is only achieved when there is an adequate balance between physical, emotional, spiritual, biological and social factors. By doing so, the human being grows in all areas of life and, therefore, feels healthy and happy. The traditional Chinese medicine treatments and techniques that I use are focused on promoting integral health.
